Lola de Avila Receives Prestigious Award

SF Ballet Associate Director Lola de Avila was recently awarded the 2010 Gold Medal for Merit in the Fine Arts–one of the highest distinctions in the arts given by the King of Spain and the Minister of Culture. Read the mention in today’s SF Chronicle, here.
