In celebration of the 170th anniversary of the birth of the master composer Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Google has collaborated with SF Ballet to create a special Google doodle, featured today, for one-day only, on Google’s homepage! The doodle captures SFB dancers Lorena Feijoo, Nutanaree Pipit-Suksun, Tiit Helimets, Alexandra McCullagh, Nicole Grand, Dores Andre, and Bryn Gilbert.
To create the doodle, a photo shoot was staged around Helgi Tomasson’s production of Swan Lake. The images were then rendered into a doodle by Google Doodler Jennifer Hom. Click here for a behind-the-scenes peek of the photo shoot by Erik Tomasson!
