Last week, several dancers from the Company went to California Pacific Medical Center and UCSF to perform mini-Nutcrackers, if you will, for the children currently in their respective pediatric units. After the performances in their playrooms, we did bedside visits to the children who couldn’t leave their rooms. This has been an SF Ballet tradition for years and years, and I was glad to be a part of it. As you can see in this video clip from ABC7 News, the dancers love it, too!
