Lily writes well, which I think is a good thing for anyone projecting "glamor," as I can't appreciate semi-illiterates. Since I'm not an expert on dance, my opinion probably doesn't count for much, but I thought her "Firebird" was second only to Margot Fonteyn in the role. I somehow found it odd that she was only a member of the corps. Her hell-for-leather athletic dance style reminds me of Mariana Cherkowski a few years ago with ABT and I liked her very much also. Lily is attractive, of course, but not the most beautiful woman in the world. (I once had a friend about whom everyone made that comment. She was a concert pianist and housewife rather than a dancer and I met her playing tennis.)
